Tippaporn Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 Jeez, did you copy the encyclopedia of music or something...! Kerry Adams, Shakin' Stevens, Susan Sheridan, Nick Cave, Eva Cassidy, I'm an old fart so I have a lot of musical history at my disposal. A sizeable CD collection helps, too. But I love music! Blues, Bluegrass, Country, Country Rock, Oldies, New Wave, Rockabilly, Western Swing, Motown, Raggae, Rock'N'Roll, etc. You get older and (like with women) you appreciate a lot more. Yanni - Iggy Pop (& the Stooges) - Puccini - It's A Beautiful Day - (The) Young Rascals - (The) Staple Singers - (The) Shirelles - (The) Supremes - Sam Cooke - Earth, Wind & Fire - Eagles - Smokey Robinson (& the Miracles) - Neil Young - Gene Autry - (Dwight) Yokam - Marvin Gaye (or Mott The Hopple) - Elmore James - Stevie Wonder - Rod Stewart - Taj Mahal - Lovin' Spoonful - Les Paul - Lynyrd Skynyrd - Def Leppard - Deep Purple - Etta James - Syd Barrett (of Pink Floyd) - T-Bone Burnett - Townes Van Zandt - T-Bone Walker - Roberta Flack - (The) Kinks - Savoy Brown - (Graham) Nash - Hootie & The Blowfish - Howlin' Wolf - Fleetwood Mac (with Peter Green) - (The) Clash (or (Johnny) Cash) - Hank Snow - Waylon (Jennings) & Willie (Nelson) - Eddie Arnold - Dire Straits - Scott McKenzie (Are you goooiiing to Sannnnn Frannnn-cisco . . . tra la la) - Earl Scruggs - Sinead O'Connor - Roy Rogers . . . and I'm off, ridin' into the sunset!

Tippaporn Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Hey y'all, Yeah, it's apparent that certain letters dominant; A, D, E, N, R, S, T, & Y. Some letters never get used; B, J, Q, V. And some too seldom. Time for a change. Check out my new thread, The Song Chain Gang, based on song titles. I've changed the rules of the game to make the choices a little more limitless. Is Thailand ready for a quality music venue? I couldn't think of a better business than one which lets you listen to music all night long. I would think that the possibility would have to exist out there. Hmmm . . . Cheers to all you music lovers, Pete
