hi there, wondering where the good places to buys CDs, at low cost, not pop music but good diverse music, world, jazz, dance, funk, soul, etc, if there are some markets, where they sell loads of CDs, thanks

What about CD Warehouse at Siam Center on 4th flr. and at Central World Plaza (Not sure about the flr.)

Or better than that, You might find really low cost CD on Khaosan Rd. but copied one.

All places above have various types of musics so I'm sure you would find any CD you want.

Try the Silom sidewalks - lots of places, and even more at night

I had good luck at Pantip Plaza a short bus ride form Siam Square. The CD's are kind of a grab bag, bu tthey are MP 3 format and you get quite a few songs (Several entire albums) on each one. They are not original but copies.
