Bedlam now confuses me!!! What is going on? Who is who? Why is why and what is what?

I have been so busy lately, just hit spring break though......and there was much rejoicing....yeh....and plan on wasting some time on on-line, ya know to help bring back to what the real world is doing.

So, how is everyone? I hear some people missing and some people want to leave, sad, very sad. Have drink on me, next time I am around to pay. I think Bedlam should have a monthly report, like what happened and who died kinda thing. Bad or good idea?

Now, I am serious get up on this thread and tell me how you are. Tell me what you have been up to. Tell me what you are doing with yourself, or your neighbor. Tell me about the job, the girl/man/man-girl, the new thing you bought, sold, stole, or refurbished.

Let me know how the Bedlamites are. How are we living?

At the risk of having a talking to myself I must say there seems to a Chinese style crack down going on around here. I step back for a second and see so many threads about folks in trouble and walking or being pushed out. People are still talking about Jettie, that was awhile ago, why still a hot topic?

Did some big things happen while I was away that justfy a CCP smack down. or people are just getting out of line?

Yo bobs, welcome back! Right now I'm cooking a lovely Thai green curry (nice n spicy!) for me and my wife. Working backwards, work has been busy on and off. Life is always busy, as you know I do a lot of biblical work all over the UK, takes a lot of time. My wife had an operation a few weeks ago so has not been too well. I have been taking care of her. Been keeping up with Bedlam, but still don't know what's going on! I don't watch Television so t'internet is always useful. Trying to get my business organised so that we can 'semi-retire' to Thailand.

I suppose that's the major stuff, loads of other smaller stuff going on as well. Feeling fit and happy.

Good things include, I am back on top of the Football Dosh League and I haven't a clue how to play the game, have just furnished the Condo in Rayong, I am off to watch London Irish on Sunday for an all day St Patrick's Day Party and some friends from Bedlam are coming over in a couple of weeks for a Party.

Bad things, ah well we wont dwell on them, what's done is done and what's lost, and is lost forever, but we have a bright brand new dawn,.............

This is the first I heard you had an interest in owning and operating your own business. Will it be in Thailand or the UK? I'll make if around town to stop and be a customer, if fitting that is.

Yes, a time out with friends makes many things in life brighter. I hope your team wins, and you put some money on that. I noticed alot of missing people, sad really, but there are a bunch of names I don't know either. Lot's of new fish for the fry, eh? Well, Moss I never found you to be trollish, always seemed too laid back for $h!t like that. Now by Kats you mean the lovely Kat that always posted here? Does this fight she left as well?

As for me, school is 24/7 and work gets in the way but gives us insurance, whcih we need. End of April daughter number two will arrive. The same week I'll haev three 15 page research papers due. Ah, well, life is good.

I have run my own busines for more than ten years, It's a training consultancy. Sorry mate, I thought you knew that. I did open a business with the same name in Thailand which gives me some flexibility for when I get there but I'm trying to get the financial cushion that I don't have to!

Well, when we met, I was Rock'n'Roll, dope smoking, coke snorting prolificly shaggin', fun-lovin' mofo from outer space.

I've now got myself settled back in the UK, following a decade of madness, got a job running a (mostly) peaceful bar for a "revered" 200 year old debating society, have myself a bit of french crumpet on the go for over a month now. Although I've been looking and slowly acheiving a bit of a more peaceful lifestyle, her presence in my life is seriously making me think about changing my ways that little bit more. I like the bird, you know. Thinking babies and sh`t.

The job's going well. The Cambridge Union Society is a dump, and the kids who "run" it are a joke, but it's probably a good place for me to be, as I imagine m,any good connections can be made here. And as any expat worth his salt knows: It ain't what you know, but who you know.

I get to totally dominate the bar, which I enjoy. No head office, no rules but my own.

Other than that, still trying to cut down on drinking.

Generally, I'm doing okay, but ol' habits die hard.
