Looking For Condo

Featured Replies

hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help. I am looking for a condo in BKK, around 60m2, two bedrooms.

Should be in or around Sukhumvit, or does anyone have a better idea about the location? only for holidays, so should be close to the tourist areas.

would prefer high up and should have a god view of the city.

would also prefer maid service sports centre, pool and gardens - that sort of thing, but i guess that comes with a serviced apartment?

price around 60/80,000 Euros? with low annual maintenance ?

thanks

You could try www.firstselectthailand.com. They are located on Sukhumvit Road

up a ways from the the Queen's Park. They are helpful and honest. They only deal with properties in the central area of Bangkok. I have first hand experience dealing with them and have never had any problems.

Thanks for that - but they don't seem to have a great deal to offer right now.

Do you know of anyone else?

thanks

there's many new condo blocks built near the thonglor area. there many expats there and good shops for expats and near the bts.

Thanks for that - but they don't seem to have a great deal to offer right now.

Do you know of anyone else?

thanks

Did you actually call them or just check the website? The website might not have all the most current listings on offer. They surly can find something if you call them. Ask for Michael Jansen; he's good Kiwi chap over there.
