hi al i married thai wife 2 years ago have 2 beautiful boys live in uk after my wife had our 2nd baby she had postnat/depression

she has tried snatching our oldest son several time [he was born in thailand] now she wants to go back alone now her passport is with uk homeoffice she wants me to ring home office and get passport back but if i do this and get her ticket i know she will change her mind can she take my children without my say so please help

You need to take control like the man, why you let her run around this behaviour ? Something wrong here. Just instruct her properly, consider her depression and mood and good luck, god bless. And consider children in this situation too. They are still young and don't like to see parents fight like this.
