They're not true gullwings.

Seems like I saw those gull wing kits for sale on the net a few years back. Or quasi gull wing I guess.

To be a bore, a gull wing door is one which is hinged from the roof,{e.g. '50's Mercedes 300 SL} not the A pillar. The Lamborghini doors are described as scissor or jack knife, and travel effectively in one plane, whilst looking at the images these kits are more like butterfly doors, in that the hinges are higher on the A pillar and the doors swing up and out.

Oh BTW, Gullwing = de Lorean etc as others said. These are Scissor doors.

Interesting, I have always wondered how those scissor doors hold up to everday usage.
