i did fiber glass and carbon work on airplanes if that matters. on the wings to be exact used to assemble them, did kevlar as well

what sort of system, infusion, vacuum bag?

Best way to find staff is probably to go sniffing around Cobra, where there are a ton of skilled laminators. Whart part of Thailand is your yard? What sort of boats ya making, open 70s?

I have been working on boats for the last 5 years. Mostly Fiberglassing. A little experience in paints but mostly building molded boats and extending fiber glass boats. The project I am working on now is extending a 43' boat 16 feet. We built the mold and have done all the fiberglassing work. I could send you pictures if you would like to see examples of my work. Where would the work be also if I may ask. Thank you.
