I need to download a large-ish file for work, about 4GB... is there a fast internet shop in Samui? I have CAT CDMA but it tops out at 50KB/s...

Plz let me know if you know a place that has fast internet, free or paid for..

Thx that's where I went, and they actually do have fast internet. They call it "6MBit", the receptionist said it's 2MBit, and in actuality I get a download rate of 360KB/s/. About 3Mbit... not cheap, but perfectly OK.
