Take it to any reputable motor service station and they will dump it for you for a small service charge.

I'd have much rather posted something helpful. but the truth is, even if you took it somewhere certified to receive used oil at sometime in the future it will most likely still end up in exactly the same place as if you poured it down the toilet or down the drain in the street. sad but true as it should have a considerable commercial value for recycling.
