I am looking to rent a house in the CMU area. Has anyone seen any for rent? Looking to pay 10-15k a month. I've checked most of the rental/sales websites and they don't seem to have any.

Other locals can give more advice, but I suggest you head south on the canal road from Suthep Road, and go into as many gated moobahns that will let you in. Take a car, a Thai, and a notebook. Write down the phone numbers from the for rent signs. At the first stoplight, do a U-turn and head back to CMU, repeating. Have your Thai friend make the phone calls and negotiations. Not many for rent in that price range, but there are some.
