Travel And Health Insurance For My Gf

My girlfriend is travelling back to the UK with me in June for 6 months on a student visa. Can I ask where i go to get tarvel and health insurance for my GF. Most enquries have led me to brokers who sell this as part of the trip flight you buy from them.

I have purchased the ticket independently and will be supporting her finacially whilst she is studying in the UK but i need to make sure she covered in case of emergencies

Yes I did investigate, Thaivisa but was wandering if there were others and if so had anyone experience in getting travel insurance for theoir Thais girlfriends travelling to the UK.
