Seems same like a couple of weeks ago in Bangrak:

After power outages the PEA was given some 500 Volts through the public grid. One lamp was burning, all my air cons were damaged but could be repaired.

Uh...what? What's PEA and what do you mean they were given 500 Volts?

Please explain.

I live in Bangrak and 3 minutes after is starts to rain the lights go out. At least it did but it hasn't seemed to have happened in a while.

Reason could be like in Kan, only "Single phase" is on hence only lights and fans work. Air-Cons need more power. :o

Kan Win :D

PEA is provincial electricty authority, the guys in Nathon close to hospital.

They cost me a lot of money because they send far more than 230 V through their wires after storm was finished.

I have finally installed an over-voltage breaker (maybe not the right english word..)
