I thought I read it was going to be on Chaofa Road somewhere. Though the other day we were told by a local that they were building one halfway along Wiset Road between Chalong and Rawai Beach - though I've not read about this anywhere. Be a shame for all the local minimarts round Rawai area. Anyone got the word on this.

The smart money is on Carrefour building a supermarket where the present Dalat Nut is located on Chao Fah Rd West, just up from the circle.

New Tesco is right beside Family restraunt about 1km from Chalong circle on left hand side of Wiset Road.

there's a new tesco express being built by my house. at the villa 3 traffic light, take a left down a small soi and you will see the construction there.

No, land has been cleared and now construction of the building is underway.

My guesstimate is opening in October.
