Beardog
A hair drier_ blow drier or a hot gun will make the label as it was brand new & peal right off. Hot guns are used at Auto body shops to remove all the decal & shipment stickers to make it easy to remove.
ozsamurai
Eucalyptus oil will harden the glue, enough for it to be chipped off, or rubbed in will remove it. hairspray works the same way Oz
alantheembalmer
Use isopropyl alcohol. I'm a jeweller and I take the sticky labels off items of precious metal, so I don't take any risks. Good luck.
Heng
Ditto isopropyl alcohol. Google also works. (Thai stickers don't have any special properties)

a2396
Some of the things mentioned here may be harmfull to plastics (lighter fluid for example). There was a product in USA called "Goo Gone" that worked great, but I'm sure not available here.
thatguy
most of the above will work on most stickers, wd-40 will get any glue i've run into.

You can buy Goo Gone at Villa Market in Ari. I believe I bought mine at the old Villa on Soi 8 ... not the new one by the SkyTrain. EDIT: that's assuming you are in Bangkok ...
