my wife was complaining of feeling sick and had some spots appear so we went to the doctor, he diagnosed it straight away as chicken pox, sent her outside the hospital and gave me some medicine for her, it seems to have got worse and she is very low as she has to keep away from our daugher ( and me but thats not a problem ! ) .any advice on what i can do to help her please ?

Calamine lotion and anti histamine tablets both really help the itching.

Acicolovier (sp) (Valtrex) used to decrease the effects of herpes, and chichen pox is a form of herpes... so you may want to look into that.

My wife had to use it when she got shingles.
