Detox Products

i am interested in buying a detox kit like Ultimate Cleanse seen on this page: Herbal Remedies... I can order it from that site but it's expensive when you add in shipping costs- any idea if there is any place that sells something like this in Bangkok? Also any reviews of this sort of thing? I read on Amazon it works really well... just feel a bit bloated and lethargic at times and my skin hasn't been great lately, thought it might help.
