Paypal Site Being Blocked?

Featured Replies

I'm on TOT in Bangkok, is anyone else having problems accessing Paypal?

It rarely loads and is totally unusable, but i setup a webproxy on my hosting account and it works fine through the proxy. So i don't understand why it won't load when accessing it directly?

I'm having True connection and I can access paypal site without any trouble.

But occassionaly it shows 'page not shown' error.

Quite a few days back for about a week I cldnt access blogspot blogs.

Even now also, regularly my hispeed net connection get dropped and pages show 'Page Not shown' error. Almost 10 to 15 times a day.

I'm having 1024 kbps hispeed internet with True and having Dlink router.

I'm in Pattaya and cannot access Paypal when using my Maxnet, however have no problems when using Loxinfo.. :o

I have TOT in Chiang Mai and I just accessed PayPal earlier tonight without any problems. I accessed it two nights as well with no issues.

If you are having problems using paypal, try running tcpview to see what connections there are from your machine.

I have noticed that whenever I have problems using maxnet there are lots of outstanding connections to a maxnet server - presumably for advertising.

it has got so bad with paypal that i have had to use a proxy in the US.
