Cancelling CS Loxinfo Ipstar after 6 months lowered my blood pressure 20 points. AVOID!

You were able to cancel Loxinfo IPSTAR after 6 months?

I have an IPSTAR contract with them for my house in Jomtien beach, on behalf of my tenant.

Loxinfo have told me that their minimum contract period is one year. The contract has been in operation for about 4 months.

I've pleaded with them to cancel the contract early, they absolutely refuse, regardless of reason.

And I might add the two ladies i've spoken too are not friendly and are not good listeners, have to explain every point again and again before can get them to understand the points I am making. They both speak quite good English, they're just not listening.
