Donot wash yourself and save it all, one of these days cars will run on it, in the mean time good luck with the other problems in your life.

This really belongs in the Health forum.

Everything you wanted to know about Smegma, or maybe not.

If this is a new condition, especially if it is accompanied by strong odour, you should be evaluated by a qualified urologist.

Ok, I'm going to play along.

Dearest OP, if this is a significant issue, please take note that there will soon be multiple free circumcision clinics available in Thailand. Training will be provided courtesy of generous grants from the USA and there will be skilled practioners from multiple countries providing proper instruction. With a change in technique and the use of anaesthetics, the procedure is somewhat painless. Healing in some adults with underlying complications or a propensity for erections can be a tad discomforting for the first 2-5 days. Itching etc. The Malaysians pioneered the the no cut procedure using a cup and ligatures, but it's sort of a drag walking around with a plastic ball gizmo waiting for your prepuce to fall off.

Oh well, chock up another point in favour of PeaceBlondie's thread about the quality of threads.

There was an old <insert appropriate religious clergy here> called Keith,

who used to circumcise young men with his teeth.

Now, it wasn't for leisure

or for sexual pleasure...

It was to get at the cheese underneath.

Smegma will naturally accumulate under the foreskin of an uncircumcised man, in the navel, and in skin folds (e.g. between the buttocks) if hygiene is inadequate. It also accumulates more rapidly in hot humid conditions so some accumulation may be noted even in people with good hygiene especially towards the end of the day and if restrictive clothing has been worn.

Careful hygiene is indicated. Crcumcision will also resolve the problem with regard to penile smegma.

Normal smegma is white in color and non itching. If yellow or other color or accompanied by itching, infection is likely, see a doctor.
