A Serverly Overstayed Thai Visa, At The American Embassy?

Featured Replies

my buddy has a severely long overstay on his thai visa but wants to go to the US embassy to register his new child as a US citizen... one of the requirements of course is he give them his passport... what will they do when they see the overstay? anything?

Thanks

anyone else that can weigh in? thx again

same as Dotcom... none of there business,

More to the point is when is he going to get his overstay sorted out with Thai Authoritys?

As stated he now has respnsabilitys with his new child.

Hopefully the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs still don't crosscheck their databases of A) people getting their children's birth certfificates legalized with B ) people who are here legally.

:o
