Rentals In Bangna

I might move to Bangna Area next year. I will probably have a budget of up to 60,000 Bht a month for rental or buying.

I have so far no idea of the area. Are there any nice Condo Projects, which are recommendable. I do not mind proximity to central BKK, but easy access to Bangna Trad Expressway would be nice. What about housing compounds and general security in the area?

I have a very nice, condo for rental on Bangna-Trad road. It's part of the Thana City golf course. The security is very good and more convinece on this area. It's approx. 99.97 sqm with balcony. 2 Bed rooms, 2 Bath roomds, one kitchen, living room and 2 balconies. My room is located on the 6th floor, new Daikin Inverter Aircons. LCD 42" TV with home theater, Electrolux washing machine. I just move out 2 months ago and it's just finish renovate now.

You could stay South of Sathorn (Rama III, Narathiwat, Nanglinshi), and be 15-20 minutes from Bangna by taking the express-way.

Ok theres a great place on Bangna soi 4 called Thomson residence in your price range, If your looking for a house in a security compound, look no further then Fantasia Ville on Soi baring, my friend maybe renting his house there next year and its been designed by an italian designer, very smart and chic...Beautiful 4 bed victorian style townhome, community mostly expat...

Have a look towards the end of the year as to whats available..For 60k you can get a boutique house in Bangna...

Is this condo unit in the first 6 blocks, or in the 6 blocks of Prestige condo?

I live in prestige condo in Bangna, also have a place to rent here as well, the units 180sqm, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, has a great view over the golf course (the par 3 over the lake), good security as well, 4 swimming pools

I guess the only downside is the occasional aircraft that flies over...

rent for around 40,000 baht.
