Jintana Hotel

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

1st post here.Been to Patong before but need to know about Jintana Hotel. Its located in a small soi off Rat u thit on left going toward Sawatdirak Rd. Got a rate of 800bht during Songkran with pool, garden tennis court.Seems a low rate for the amenities.Anyone know about this place?

Cheers for any info

Dawsey

Because we're such nice guys here at thaivisa forum, I walked down and checked the place out today.

For 800 baht you have a bargain. I went down Soi Jintana, which is full of cheap rooming houses, etc., but Jintana hotel is down a soi at the end and when you walk into the grounds it is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Patong. I had never been there before. The swimming pool is good, the rooms are large, there are safe deposit boxes, etc. There doesn't seem to be a bar and the restaurant was closed, but restaurants and bars are the last thing you have to worry about in Patong.

Good luck.

Many Thanks Bob.Stayed at Patong Villa last trip but fancied somewhere different for a change. Sounds nice from your report.

Thanks again

Is it 'guest friendly'?

Yes; apparently you don't have to pay "corkage"
