Tot Internet Chalong

TOT Internet Chalong.

For a week now my internet connection via TOT has akin to a bar girl’s knickers, off and on off and on and more often off.

After phoning 1100 everyday not much has happened to improve the situation.

If the same is happening to everyone else, as I’m led to believe, does anyone think:- if we all demand a discount at the end of the month this might improve this situation, or do we just go T I T?

If it makes you feel any better, my CAT wireless has sucked the last week too. On, off etc; Maybe something with the feed in and out of Thailand??

I have a TOT line in Rawai that I only use for the alarm system, fax and occasional phone calls. It has been completely dead for 2 months.

They haven't been able to fix it, so I am going to cancel it and get a second TT&T line instead I think.

I am not using that TOT for ADSL anyway, because for that a TT&T line works much better.

My cat wireless has gone crappier too [it was crap to start with] in Rawai

This would be called customer service, which Thailand hasn't really caught on to yet :D
