my engine light on the dash comes on the engine will not rev

I switch off ign and restart, every thing is ok, this happens randomly maybe once a week

sounds like the truck is going into "limp mode " .probably caused by over fueling,,,,you will need the ecu set sounds like, take a trip to isuzu,wont be much,

ECU is electrical control unit mike,its the brain in the engine compartment,.if they say its knackered dont buy a new one, come back to me,.

thank you. it turned out to be dirt in the fuel pump, they said dont use biodiesel, I checked with my wife,she only put bio in one time

but that was a while back, dont know if that would have been the cause or not? any way Isuzu cleared it for free.
