Can anyone here recommend a travel agent who can handle Chinese and Hong Kong visa issue?

I'll stay in Hua Hin for 5 days with my wife and she needs Chinese visa to get back. We don't want to spend time in Bangkok, but engage travel agent here in Hua Hin who can assist in this matter. Any reliable and quickest one?

If you couldn't find an agent, you can get a visa by yourself in Chineese embassy for around 4 hours (just same day when you apply for it).
