New Visa Options With Australia Thai Fta

I was wonderign if anyone had any info on the new options for Austrlaians wishing to work in Thailand with the Free trade agreement startign Jan 1st 2005?

I am Austrlian citizen (and incidentally a dual national UK citizen).

I own a company in Australia

I am interested in working here - most likely set up a subsiduary of my own company here or a separate one altogether(?) and then I work for that company.

I am 35, male.

I have a Thai girlfriend of 3 years and there is a 50% chance we will marry.

Looking at an Import/Export business (mostly export to Australia). I am currently not runnign an import/export business but have many friends & associates that do this; but not with Thailand.

I would most likely employ Thais to work for me in Thailand

Any advice would be appreciated.
