you could try posting an ad in the classifieds section, sunbelt asia also has an office on samui now, they might be able to find buyers for your friend as well.

Thanks sbk, I was not sure where to post it. So the paperwork is on Koh Phangan, I thought here might be good.

It is an old company with 2 million and has one workpermit. Let me post more details tomorrow.
