Hello everyone. I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this, but is there a place for Thai people to obtain a high school equivalency diploma or to attend adult education classes in Chiang Mai?

As mentioned, CM does have adult education classes for completing their diplomas, usually held in the evenings. My wife had not finished her 12th year so after we got married we thought it a good idea for her to complete it. Took two years of evening classes but she got it and continued on to higher education since. Will try to get more details as to where.

My wife is doing her degree in Pai, weekends. The lecturers come down from Chiang Rai university on Friday, return to CR Sunday night. She is currently doing her second year.

I believe that what you are after is called informal education.

It's for people who didn't finish their education in the normal way, because of work or whatever.
