Usually I do not have a problem with Air Asia. I know there have been a few threads on them where people have complained about poor service, bad attitudes, late takeoffs.

Well, I guess my good luck with them has run out...........

Booked in July a 16:10 HKT-KL for next Wednesday. Got the email confirmation. This week they resent the confirmation, the flight has changed to 21:05. At least they notified me, would have been a real pisser to get to the airport at 15:00 and discover the change........

In the information on the ticket it does say they are allowed to change flight times without notification so I guess it's a buyer beware situation. But our choices have gotten pretty limited this last year, I see Malaysia Air has some good prices but I can never get their site to work. Anybody in Phuket ever book with them via the internet?

I've booked online and flown MH (Malaysian Air) before when I did a visa run.  It was maybe 3 years ago so can't comment now on their website, but in the past it worked for me.
