Advise On Hotel/resort For Stay In November

Hi...

I'll be in Hua Hin first week november and am looking for a reasonably good hotel/resort to stay in that comes with spa packages. so far i've short listed the following based on what i've read on the internet:-

1. Casa Del Mare Resort

2. Baan Talay Dao Hua Hin

3. Dhevan Dara Resort

4. Baan Duangkaew Resort

I'm hoping someone can offer me a more personal testimonial about the above stays to help me decide which one to go for. I'm looking for at least a 3star (pref 4star) place, close to town and the night markets (no need to be beachfront)...or another hotel, if there is a more highly recommended one.
