Very Nice House For Rent.

I just came back from Bangkok and my neighbour decided to move out.

I like his house a little bit better then i have now so i am going to move in a few days.

The house i have now is located 1 km north of Hua Thanon and is right at the beach. It has a big bedroom, living room, a big kitchen en large bathroom. AND a telephone line is already installed, so internet is no problem from day 1. On the piece of land are in total 4 houses, and there is quit some room.

The owner is a very nice lady who really takes care of her properties, so i like to help her out with finding someone new for her house.

The price is 10.000 baht per month. Electricity bill has normal official price same for water.

Normally the house is unfurnished but she will put in some basic stuff like a fridge, cooking set, chairs, table, and a bed. In the bedroom there is a new airconditioning. Bedroom windows have musquito protection.

If you have small children, my kids will love to play with them, and the sea at this location is one of the better spots for children, as we are behind a coral reef, so the water is quit calm and not to deep.
