Gasoline Allowance

Hi can anyone tell me what is the usual per km gasoline allowance paid to Thai sales reps in Phuket. Or is there a better way, flat allowance etc.

Really appreciate someones help.

Fixed rate is better, it forces them to plan their daily customer visits instead of driving around without any plannings.
