Crimes against tourists are of top priority for local Police Divisions at this time with the on-set of high season. Just after 11pm on Friday Night, a group of Swiss Tourists were taking a late night stroll along Jomtien Beach. In a matter of seconds, they had become victims of a common crime and had also sustained minor injuries. As they took their walk along the promenade, two Thai’s on a motorbike pulled up beside the female victim named as Mrs. Susarh Elbia aged 62.
