In Koh Samui on NYE.

Will it be possible and easy to find myself a room??

Any good hotels? places?? reasonably cheap?

I'd look on line and reserve a room somewhere. After traveling driving around looking for a place will be very frustrating

Definately book online ibd, since it'll be very busy on NYE and as seville stated, you don't want to run around looking for a room at 8 - 9pm at night on NYE.

There's a link on top of this forum with Samui hotel adresses.

I agree, if you don't book online now you won't get a room. Also, frankly, at this late date I wouldn't hold out hopes for cheap rooms either.

I just the card to one of the places I really like. It's on Lamai beach, right on the water, but very close to all the action. I stayed in a very nice clean room Dbl bed with fan bath room for 400 baht last year in January.

Smile House in Boput is nice as well. Boput is a sweet little village and I think my favorite. Smile House is pretty nice and you can get the same type of set up as I mentioned at Lamai Inn for 500 baht, at least you could last year.

There are some other places, of course in both areas, but I don't have the information or can remember names.

Good Luck
