December 9, 200817 yr I'm not too fussed about getting the cheapest possible, I just want safety first and relaible service. Will be travelling from Pattaya. If I go to the islands near Pattaya is that better by boat?
December 9, 200817 yr if you are going to koh samet---- the best one---- go by minivan or bus to ban phae then boat or speedboat most of the travel agents in pattaya or jomtien can do inclusive trips from your hotel
