I 've got asked by one person today if he could find any cheap place to stay in Koh Pha Ngan during full moon party. He won't be in full moon area. Is it possible at all to find a cheap guest house for 400-500 a night on 11-12 December for 2 nights? Or they will be fully book in this low season?

from what i hear it is still dead in koh phangan so it should still be easy to get a place. maybe someone there can confirm though. also if anyone has any recommendations of cheap but nice bungalows in ban tai, please let me know, i know ban tai pretty well but not from a tourist perspective.
