Want To Rent Apartment In Bangkok

Featured Replies

I am looking for a an apartment to rent in Bangkok. I prefer apartment because I do not wish to have a place that is too big, which will take a lot of time and effort to clean.

Some of my requirements:

- 1 bedroom or studio

- Kitchen preferable

- No balcony

- Windows must have grilles or can be easily

- Cat friendly - A MUST

- Aircon

- Internet

- 5000 THB or less

- Near BTS/MRT around Sukumvit Soi 71

- Fridge

- Washing machine

Let me know what I need to have besides money to rent an apartment. I am a foreigner and I do not have any work permit at the moment. I am looking for a job. Once I have received an employment letter, I will fly back to my country to apply for a non-immigration visa, bring my cats to Bangkok with me, move my stuff to the apartment and apply for work permit through my employer.

Send me a PM about your offers. I will be in Bangkok next Monday.
