I am looking to rent a one bedroom or larger western style apartment, condo, or townhouse in Central Chiang Mai--near public transportation--for a period of one year or longer from January 2009.

The unit should be tastefully furnished, and have western style kitchen, bathroom, etc.

I am a responsible, non-smoking, quiet individual--and would be an ideal tenant.

I would also be interested in looking at a lease with an option to purchase at the end of the year.

Please send me information as to location, size of the unit (square footage) and amenities of the property.
