From bbcs story: UNECE regulation UN R118, which requires bus interiors to be made with non-flammable materials, was officially introduced in Thailand in 2022, but does not apply to buses made before then, or buses adapted using older chassis. 80% of Thailands buses are old. -

How do you pay?
Normally I avoid that place. But sometimes I want an espresso and there is no other shop. So, I go there, order it, take my cash out, and then they tell me they don't want cash. And in two or three months I forgot about that and try again. In Bangkok city no cash seems to be their usual policy. -

How do you pay?
Weekly shop and online I scan, otherwise cash. Need smaller notes? Withdraw from ATM in multiples of 400 or 900 baht. Alternatively, withdraw several amounts of 900 baht. (Obviously from Thai bank account). -
