The apartment in Lumpini Ville is gorgeous! I'm personally interested. Is it the only unit available? I will be moving to Bangkok most probably in a couple of months (pending the completion of legal documents processing and visa approval) and be working in the SEAMEO / UNESCO office in Sukhumvit. I hope it (or if there is a unit similar to it) is still available around the time I arrive there.

How far it is from the nearest BTS?

Lumpini ville sukhumvit 77 takes about 10-15 mins walk to BTS On-Nutch, There's carefour shopping store only 3 mins walking from there.
