Could someone please tell me if the water reached as far as the end of Soi Kepsup i.e. near the corner of Rat-u-thit Road?

Pedro...can't say for sure but probably not if so maby only a little? No pics or reports. ther are two borads run by people in Patong but I don't wnat to get bump[ed for mentioning another boards name. I'll try and get a report and post here...

Wrong, if it's close to Rat-u-Thit Road it's in the top end of Soi Bangla away fro the beach
