A lot will depend on what faculty they are studying in. Also whether it's an international program, or not.

You should be able to google specific unis to get more info. The cost is not right on the home page, but can be found with a little digging.

My Thai wife's son is studying Architecture at University of Rangsit.

The fees are about 50,000baht per semester for two semesters per yr.

This does not include the 2-4000b/month rent or other expenses.
