Have noticed numerous times the individuals obtaining 60 day tourist visas prior to walking through immigration but with the new supposed visa waiver fees, will these be available free of charge at the airport ??

If you are talking about thsoe that get visa on arrival at the airport those are only good for 15 days. And are only for people from certain countries.
