You mean selling to the Thais? Then you don't qualify for a representative office. You need a Thai limited company to set up shop.

thanks million for yr prompt reply . the sale here is not a ordinary sell process . i mean , here there r no-earning activities, just get some wholesaler or distributor , and get some support for head office and our customer . .. then ??
