A quick update

Yes, a young man did drown, he was a Thai national enjoying a day out with his family, they were coolling off swimming and playing in the River, unfortunately he dived from a bridge into the River, hit his head on a rock, wether he died instantly or was unconsious is not known. Apart from it being said that he was a Falang/Farang the rest of the story was correct.
