Flatmate Needed

i realize this may be a bit early, but as of the end of april i will be in need of a new flatmate.

the house is in baan sai yuan on the way to nai harn. it's set back from the main road off of soi tristar. it's quiet and the thai neighborhood is lovely. the house is 2 stories with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. the house is completely furnished and includes hot water, internet and a wash machine. there's a cute garden and the landlord is sweet.

your half of expenses include a base monthly rent of 6500 baht and additional expenses will run about an extra 700 baht a month. i have nothing against smokers, but i do not want pets. i work 40-60 hour weeks, so i would appreciate finding a flatmate who kept to a similar schedule. if you'd like to have a look, or if you know anyone looking for a new place to live please send me a PM. thank you so much.
