My (Thai) wife and I have a Hong Kong Ltd company that we no longer use as an operating entity. We are now back living in Thailand with a view to make business.

Appreciate if anyone has any experience/input regards advantages or issues to make use of this company as part of any future venture we start in Thailand, structural/tax/legal etc.

I assume that you know that HK is Tax free if you do any business outside HK. You can open a branch office of the HK company and some tax free business, depends of ur business.
