Thanks go to Arkdy, who hunted down the English translation of the latest amendment, Nationality Act (No. 4) B.E. 2551 (2008), and to Mario2000, who combined this amendment with the earlier version that was updated only up to Nationality Act No. 3. On my part, I added the footnotes, which are of no practical use except perhaps to people with a scholarly interest in the Nationality Act, like Arkady and Samran.

I corrected a typing error in the list of translation sources at the end of the Nationality Act, updated until 2008, and upload it here so that I can link to it in the list of laws and regulations in post #4 of the pinned topic "http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/post-a79113-.html", where it is in the last section, currently No. 31 in the list of documents.
