I'm searching for a Thai style house with garden and swimming pool in Krabi area. Being a farang it would have to be on leased ground. Not in a "village" and not too far from the beach. Don't mind doing renovation or garden work. Price max 2.5 m THB

Will be in Krabi area from mid April for about 2 weeks. Would be great if I get some response and some places to look at.
