Even the nice place where I live has cut their prices. In December the list price was 3600/night. Since January they've had a special of 2200/night and now it's only 1200/night. The base price for one month went from 18k/month to 13.5k/month. Now maybe I'll get a neighbor or two. Cool. :o

No names, never know what nut from here will show up next door. :o

But according to the article it's a lot of places so just ask around now or wait until they update their published rates.

Usually the neighbour on the left come home at 2am, the one on the right at 3/4am, with 30 minutes of doors slamming each one :D

The resort stars are irrilevant, walls in thailand are always very thin...

i had to move to a villa but price in lamai are twice what you paid and i'm not on the beach.....

and every year there are surprises....i'm sure the folks that over paid a beach bungalow at Lamai Inn are very happy with their new neighbour, the Swing bar :o
